Group Therapy

Group therapy can be an effective way of learning and changing. It gives people to learn from the therapists and from others who have similar problems, while also feeling supported.

Individual Therapy

Much of therapy today occurs on a one-on-one basis. However, sometimes individual therapy may be supplemented with group therapy.

Schema Therapy

Schema therapy is also aimed at more longer-term problems. It is based on the idea that some people seem to get caught up in cycles of self-defeating patterns.
